DUE TO A LIGHT AND COMPACT UNIT STRUCTURE, CAPAACITY EXPANSION IS SIMPLE AND A LARGE VOLUME OF GAS CAN BE
HANDLED. THE GAS PATCH STRUCTURE IS FREELY SELECTABLE FOR EASY INSTALLATION.
THE ULTRA THIN BOARD STRUCTURE OFFERS A HIGH EFFICINCEY ( 0.8 OR 1.0 MM STANDARDTHICKNESS)
THERMAL STRESS CONCENTRATION UPON THE STRUCTURE, HIGH TEMP. AND HIGH PRESSURE GASES CAN BE HANDLED.

N-TYPE( NORMAL TYPE)
AS A MATERIAL, SURFACE-TREATED COLD COLD ROLED STEEL OR PLANE COLD ROLLED STEEL IS USED. AIR-TIGHTNESS IS NOT AS GOOD AS THAT OBTAINABLE WITH -T-TYPE, BUT THIS TYPE OFFER THE LOWEST PRICE.
T-TYPE(TIGHT TYPE)
COLD ROLLED STEEL, STAINLESS STEEL, COPPER ALLOY SHEET OR ALUMINIUM ALLOY SHEET IS USED. ITS WHOLE-WELDING STRUCTURE OFFERS PERFECT AIR-TIGHTNESS FOR APPLICATION FOR ANY KIND OF GAS.
C-TYPE( CONTROLLABLE TYPE)
A SPECIAL PATH IS PROVIDED TO CONTROL THE TEMPERATURE OF A GAS COMING OUT OF THEAT EXCHANGER WITHOUT CHANGING GAS FLOW. HOWEVER, AS STANDARD UNITS, ONLY T-TYPE IS PROVIDED WITH THIS FEATURE.
S-TYPE(SEPARABLE TYPE)
THIS TYPE IS CAPABLE OF SIMULTANOUSLY HANDLING MANY TYPE OF GASES WITHOUT MIXING THEM. HOWEVER, AS DTANDARD UNITS, ONLY T-TYPE IS PROVIDED.
BASIC STRUCTURE

HEAT RESISTANCE STRUCTURE
IN GENERAL, VERY COMPLEX THERMAL STRESS ARE APPLIED ON VARIOUS PARTS OF A HEAT EXCHANGER. OUR HEAT EXCHANGER IS SO DESIGINED TO ABSORB THERMAL STRESS, UNIT BY UNIT, INTO THE INSIDE OF THE UNIT. THE CHARACTERISTIC OF ULTRA THIN SHEETS WITH ARE WEAK TO STRETCHING STRESS, IS VERY EFFECTIVELY USED.

THERMAL STRESS ON THE ELEMENT IS DISPERSED THROUGH THE DEFORMATION OF THE ELEMENT SPAN AS SHOWN IN ABOVE A . THERMAL STRESS ON THE ELEMENT END IS RELIEVED THROUGH THE DEFORMATION OF THE UNIT CONNECTING PARTS AS SHOWN IN ABOVE B. IN THE FLOW PATH, COLD WIND FLOWS THROUGH THE GAP BETWEEN THE SIDE WALL AND THE ELEMENT AS ABOVE C.THUS, THE SIDE WALL TEMP. IS MAINTEINED LOW AND A HEAT-KEEPING EFFECT IS OBTAINED. ABOVE B-1 LOOKS AT THE ENTIRE UNIT FROM THE HOT WIND SIDE. WHEN HOT WIND PASES, TWO OR THREE ELEMENTS CLOSE TO THE SIDE WALL ARE DEFORMED, AS SHOWN ABOVE D-2, TO DISPERSE THERMAL STRESS CAUSED BY TEMP. DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THE SIDE WALL AND THE ELEMENTS. ON THE OTHER ELEMENT, THE DEFORMATION SHOWN IN ABOVE B OCCURS TO CUASE ALMOST NO DEFORMATION ON THE ELEMENTS THEMSELVES.
WEAR-RESISTANCE AND CORROSION-RESISTANCE STRUCTURE

ELEMENT ANDS ARE WELDED WITH 60 DEG VERTICAL ANGLE AS SHOWN IN ABOVE. AS THE RESULT, WEAR-RESISTING CHARACTERISTIC HAS BEEN CONSIDERABLY IMPROVED AGAINST DUST, ETC. THERE ARE OPTIONAL GUARDS FOR APPLICATIONS WITH AN ESPECIALLY LARGE AMOUNT OF WEAR-CAUSING DUST. THE GUARDS ARE ALOS EFFECTIVE TO PREVENT CORROSION.
